We actually got a call yesterday from my dad saying our electricity was back on! So we headed back home early. Even though it was pretty hot when we got here, once we turned on the air, it didn't take long to cool off. The kids seemed really happy to be back home. :) Thanks so much RC, Laurie and Laura! We lived in Florida for six years and even being inland we got hit pretty hard one year and I was done with the whole hurricane thing. lol with Gustav we were watching the weather like a hawk, we have friends and family down there, but they are good and it missed them. Both are lovely towns. My parents live near Oxford and my husband went to college in Starkville. Best of luck in deciding where to move to and with a new job for your husband.
