OMG! I just finished watching my DVR recording of last night’s American Idol, and I’m floored! David Archuleta is unbelievable. I hate to break my sister’s heart, but I’m think I’m changing my favorite. Sorry sis! I’m still definitely hoping for a David Archuleta and Michael Johns Final Two though. And don’t get me wrong, I really like Michael, he just didn’t “Wow” me last night. He is definitely going to have to step it up next week, to win me back. To all of you David A. fans out there, here’s a video of last night’s amazing performance. This kid is just too adorable!

Yep…it’s that time again!!  WooHoo!!  I hate to say this, but for some reason, I don’t get excited about the girls singing at all.  I hardly ever have a girl favorite on American Idol.  Tonight I’m rooting for Michael Johns, so that’s who I’ll be voting for.

I can’t believe that I’m starting my 4th week on Weight Watchers.  I’ve actually been on this weight loss kick for almost 6 weeks now, and according to my scales, I am so very close to the 20 lb weight loss mark that I can taste it!

I’ll be going to Weight Watchers for my weigh in today, so wish me luck, and I’ll be back later to post the details!

We’ve had some pretty yucky weather today.  It’s been raining since late last night.  Sometimes I welcome days like this, but today, it’s kind of got me down.  I guess being stuck in the house with four kids under the age of 6 and trying to please all of them at once, could very well have something to do with it.  I’ve had to put together an entire Thomas and Friends Train set for Christopher, and in the meantime, trying to keep Allie out of his room, messing it up.

So during all of this, the twins have either been confined to their Supersaucers or the high chairs watching TV and eating breakfast.  And I hate that too, I want them to be able to roam around, but its hard to keep track of them while I’m working on something with Christopher or Allie.  Finally got the train set put together, and Allie is playing in her room, so about to let the babies loose, to see what kind of trouble they can get into.

Maybe the weather will slack up, and I can get out for a while.  Even if it’s just to go for a drive.

I was so excited to find out last November, that they were planning to have an early Big Brother airing due to the writer’s strike. Well, I’ve been so busy over the last few months, I totally forgot about it, and missed the first two episodes. I was not happy about that, but then I remembered that CBS has complete episodes available to watch, so yesterday, I sat myself down at my laptop, and began watching them. It took me over 6 hours to complete them, because….well, you know…I’ve got 4 kids to take care of. But by the end of the night, I finally had both episodes watched.

This season is going to be so great! They have come up with a really cool concept. “Til Death Do You Part”. They have played matchmaker with 8 couples, two of which, already know each other. One couple had been dating for 12 years and then split up when the dude cheated, and they got paired together. The other couple has been dating for 9 months, but were not paired together. So they have already spilled their secret to their respective partners.

Anyway, it’s going to be a very exciting season, I think! Can’t wait for the next episode!

As most of you know, my sister and I are huge AI fans. I’m am so excited about this season, I think it’s going to be the best one yet! So far, I have a few favorites. As far as the girls, I really think Asia’h Epperson and Carly Smithson are great! One of the guys that I think I’m gonna keep my eye on, is Jason Yeager. He seems to have such a great personality.

But I’m really diggin’ Michael Johns, and David Archuleta is such a cutie. I would really love to see them in the final two together. But I think I’m going with Michael Johns this year, as far as voting goes. He really seems to have what it takes, and has such great musical influences, such as The Beatles, Queen, Otis Redding, INXS, David Bowie, ACDC to name a few. Now, how cool is that??
